Keep improving distance, core strength, and sitting posture.
I've made great progress on fixing my hip issues. I went to physical therapy for about 6 months. I'm now able to comfortably run 8 miles again. I still have some trouble over longer distances. Using the exercises from PT I am hoping to run longer distances.
I haven't run any races this year.

Run about 10 mile distances, every time I still have pain in my hip. Looked into going to PT. My wife pushed me to do this.
